All purchasers of rosenice products have 14 days to return said unopened products from the day which said the product is delivered for a full refund.
rosenice, however, does not accept returns for products whose boxes have been opened.
Please remember to obtain & keep the proof of postage receipt and your tracking number. Carriage and charges for parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
However you return your parcel, please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Processing The Refund
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution center within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement on your Returns note, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
10 Year Quality Guarantee
You may claim 50% off your next online order from our webshop under our 10-Year Quality Guarantee (limited for one-time use only but can be applied up to 5 items in a single order) if:
• A defect occurs with your rosenice device after the initial 24-month period but within the period of the 10-Year Quality Guarantee.
• A defect occurs with your rosenice device during the initial 24-month period, but the device was not purchased from rosenice and you are unable to provide the original purchase receipt for any reason.
Before returning the defective product, please first obtain pre-authorization by logging in to your rosenice account and making a claim, selecting the option for the 10-Year Quality Guarantee.
2 Years Limited Warranty
We're so confident in the quality of our products that we're willing to stand behind them for 24 whole months. rosenice warrants this device for a period of TWO (2) YEARS after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device. The warranty* covers working parts that affect the function of the device.
If you discover a defect and notify rosenice during the warranty period, rosenice will, at its discretion, replace the device free of charge. Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:
• Damage resulting from misuse or abuse
• Damage resulting from chemical spills, fire, or other harmful substances
• Damage resulting from the natural disaster
• Lost or stolen products
To activate your 2-Year Limited Warranty and 10-Year Quality Guarantee, register the number provided on the rosenice Authenticity Card under the REGISTER PRODUCT section in your rosenice account.
